Warm welcome from my Salesperson, ensuring I was comfortable and master of the art of listening rather than telling a customer what to do. Whilst this may seem simple logic it has not been my previous experience in other BMW Centres

Had the car been spotless on collection I would have given 5. However they did redo the cleaning after several attempts. When buying a new car it should be perfect ????

when we went to the used car section we found that the price and the interest on the finance is double on used BMW.

I provided incorrect tyre size. I didn't know front & rear tyres are diff sizes. No one told me. I took a day off. Brought car in. Went home. Then got a call to say they can't fix. Didn't have tyre in stock. Someone could've checked on cars arrival

I recently visited the Enfield branch, and I would like to commend the excellent service provided by the Customer Service Manager, Hannah. She explained everything in great detail, ensuring I fully understood the process and how it would be handled.
